Account and data deletion requests

Self-service deletion is being prepared as part of the broader account and support surfaces. Until that is finalized, this page gives a clean public process for account removal and related data requests.

Current deletion contact: support@scorechom.com

What you can request

  • Full account deletion.
  • Removal of personal account data tied to the profile.
  • Review of linked organization or match data that should be corrected or removed.

What to send

  • The email address used on ScoreChom.
  • Your name and, if relevant, the organization you scored for.
  • A short description of whether you want account deletion, data review, or both.

Current processing model

  • Requests are handled by the admin-managed support process.
  • We may verify identity before deleting account-linked records.
  • Public match data may need case-by-case review where it affects shared results pages.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@scorechom.com with the subject line ScoreChom Account Deletion Request.
  2. Include the account email address and enough detail for us to find the correct profile.
  3. If match or organization records need special handling, include links or names so the request can be reviewed accurately.

Processing time: we aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete verified account deletion as quickly as practical. If a request involves public match or organization records, we will explain what can be deleted directly, what should be anonymized, and what may need to remain as part of an organization-level sporting record.

Important scope note

Deleting an account is not always the same as removing all public match references if those records form part of an organization’s published history. Where that distinction matters, support will review the request and confirm what can be removed directly, what should be anonymized, and what belongs to an organization-level record.
