What you can request
- Full account deletion.
- Removal of personal account data tied to the profile.
- Review of linked organization or match data that should be corrected or removed.
You can delete your account yourself from inside the app: open ScoreChom, tap your profile, and choose Delete my account under Danger Zone. This permanently removes your account and personal data. The steps below are for anyone who needs help or wants to make a request by email instead.
Processing time: we aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete verified account deletion as quickly as practical. If a request involves public match or organization records, we will explain what can be deleted directly, what should be anonymized, and what may need to remain as part of an organization-level sporting record.
Deleting an account is not always the same as removing all public match references if those records form part of an organization’s published history. Where that distinction matters, support will review the request and confirm what can be removed directly, what should be anonymized, and what belongs to an organization-level record.
